#Juneathon Day 2: A ride to church

My family and I rode to Mass on Sunday morning, a 4.92 round trip ride. We rode to St. Peters because they were celebrating Mass in German to open our city’s annual Germanfest, which opened Sunday with the German Mass and closes next Sunday with a Lutheran service in German.

We don’t make it to St. Pete’s every year, but we did this year. St. Pete’s is a beautiful old church in a part of town that probably no longer has a strong German presence.

I also made two round-trip rides to work Sunday, another 5.91 total for a grand total of 10.83 on Sunday.

I also did a bit of gardening — planting some marigolds to discourage rabbits from getting at my tomatoes, carrots or cabbage.
